National food safety standard general standard for composite food additives

1 scope

this standard is applicable to all composite food additives except edible essence and gum based candy base agents

2 terms and definitions

the following terms and definitions are applicable to this standard

2.1 blended food additives

it is a food additive made of two or more single varieties of food additives, with or without excipients, mixed by physical methods

2.2 adjuvant

food raw materials and food additives added for the processing, storage, standardization, dissolution and other process purposes of composite food additives. These substances do not play a role in the terminal food used in composite food additive products

3 naming principle

3.1 compound food additives composed of single functional food additives with the same function should be named according to their target functions in the terminal food. That is, the functional category names of food additives in composite + GB2760, such as composite colorants, composite preservatives, etc

3.2 a compound food additive composed of a variety of functional food additives with the same function or a variety of food additives with different functions can be named after all the target functions or main target functions it plays in the terminal food, and it can also be named after the terminal food category that plays a role, such as compound ice cream stabilizer, compound bread improver, etc

1 generally, it can be similar to the temperature of the machine head

4 requirements

4.1 basic requirements

4.1.1 each single variety of food additives used in the production of composite food additives should comply with the varieties, scope of use and dosage specified in GB2760, gb14880 and the announcement issued by the Ministry of health with various laws and regulations on intellectual property protection. It is not allowed to use single varieties of food additives that have no common scope of use in the production of composite food additives

4.1.2 the metal used in the production of composite food additives is also very strong, and each single food additive variety and excipients should meet the corresponding product safety standards

4.2 sensory requirements

the product should have its proper shape and color, without peculiar smell, odor, corruption and mildew, and no foreign impurities visible to normal vision

the test method for sensory requirements is to take an appropriate amount of the tested sample in a colorless and transparent container or white porcelain plate, place it in a bright place, observe the shape and color, and smell its smell at room temperature

4.3 pollutant limit

4.3.1 the pollutant index items of composite food additives should include all pollutant items set in the product safety standards of each single food additive variety used for compounding

4.3.2 the index of each pollutant item shall be equal to or stricter than the limit value of the item in each single variety of food additives and excipients and the limit value obtained by weighted calculation of its proportion in composite food additives, and shall be tested according to the corresponding inspection methods. If the result of weighted calculation is lower than the minimum limit value of this item in the product safety standards of all single varieties or excipients, the minimum limit value in the product safety standards of single varieties or excipients shall be used as the limit value of this item in the conversion of compound food additives for cheaper prices

4.4 microbial limit

the microbial index items required for composite food additives should include all pathogenic bacteria items set in the safety standards for each single variety of food additives and excipients, and the requirements of each item index should meet the minimum requirements of this item in the safety standards for each single variety of food additives or excipients

5 identification

5.1 the labels and instructions of composite food additive products should include the following items:

5.1.1 product name, specification, net content and production date

5.1.2 the general name of each single food additive variety and the name of auxiliary materials, and the content of each single food additive variety should also be marked for the composite food additive entering the retail link

5.1.3 name, address and contact information of the producer

5.1.4 shelf life

5.1.5 product standard code

5.1.6 storage conditions

5.1.7 production license number; Other matters that must be indicated by laws, regulations or food safety standards,

5.1.8 scope of use, dosage and method of use

5.1.9 the label shall contain the words of food additives, and the compound food additives entering the retail link shall be marked with the words of retail

5.1.10 other contents required by laws and regulations

5.2 imported compound food additives shall have Chinese labels and instructions. In addition to the above contents, they shall also indicate the origin and the name, address and contact information of domestic agents. The identification of product standard code and production license number can be exempted

5.3 the labels and instructions of composite food additives should be clear, obvious and easy to identify, and should not contain false and exaggerated contents, and should not involve disease prevention and treatment functions
